Procedure of Document Legalization

Documents qualified for legalization:
The Royal Thai Consulate-General is authorized to legalize documents bearing the signature and seal of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand or Department of External Relations, Ho Chi Minh City.

Documents to be submitted :

1. Original documents to be legalized;

2. A copy of the original documents;

3. A copy of the applicant’s passport or ID. card;

4. If the documents are not submitted by the owner, a power of attorney and copy of the owner's ID. card/passport are to be submitted along with the documents.

Fees:
The fee is 15 USD per document which must be paid in cash (payable in USD only)

Processing time:
Two working days 

Working hours: 9.00 - 11.30 and 13.30- 15.00
